The following database contains the names and passage details of approximately 1,000 Aboriginal passengers arriving and departing Western Australian ports by sailboat or steamship between 1850 and 1925. The database has been carefully compiled by Aboriginal History WA, using research gathered from passenger list records held at the National Archives of Australia and State Records Office of WA, as well as historical newspapers, WA police occurrence books and miscellaneous records.
